i-DR A252 Series – Fully Automatic Dispenser Description:

     i-DR A252 configured with the most complete, and advanced features among the series to support today’s various dispensing markets and applications. This series with NDisp3WIN software is ideally for high volume production applications that need higher spec achievement & requirement. The system integrated multiple closed-loop features like automated board-scanning, auto-weight calibration, laser height scanner and vision system easily increase productivity and yield.
     The i-DR A252 equipped with dual motorized  pump heads driven by individual axis. This feature is highly useful for running two pumps dispensing process simultaneously like Dam & Fill, Underfill…etc. Besides, the system could perform ‘3D’ dispensing onto slanted or warped board surfaces with coordinating of laser scan function.
