The function of Automatic Width Adjust PCB Conveyor:

The PCB conveyor is used for the connection between SMT production lines, and can also be used for buffering, inspection, testing, or manual insertion of electronic components for PCBs. The PCB conveyor generally includes a frame, two conveyor belts rotating parallel to the frame, and the circuit board placed on the two conveyor belts for transportation. The existing conveyor belts are generally fixed on the frame, so that the two width of the boards conveyed on the conveyor belt is limited, which hinders the conveyance of boards of different sizes, thus making the docking station less suitable.

Precautions:

1. Adjust the machine to a horizontal state before use
2. Before starting up, check whether the power supply is consistent with the specifications of the conveyor (single-phase AC220V/60HZ).
3. If the power supply is unstable, a power regulator must be installed.
4. The machine must be safely grounded, and the ground wire must be well fixed on the fuselage.
5. If the machine is not used for a long time, the power should be cut off.
6. Do not install the machine in dusty, oily, conductive powder, corrosive gas, flammable gas, damp, shock vibration, high temperature, or outdoor environments.
