Discover New Technologies, Processes, Equipment and Solutions
Solar Pavilion, Defect Clinic and Steve Wozniak Highlight IPC APEX EXPO 2011
The world of electronics manufacturing is constantly moving forward with innovative technologies and improved processes. The best of these advances can be found at IPC APEX EXPO™, April 12-14, 2011, at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Convention Center in Las Vegas. Attendees will find solutions to increase efficiency, learn about new findings and research to stay ahead of the competition, and experience the largest exhibition in North America for our industry.
The exhibition hall will run April 12-14. The world's top suppliers to the printed boards, electronics assembly and test industries will be showcasing the latest equipment, chemicals, materials, software and services. Attendees will benefit from hands-on demonstrations and face-to-face interactions with suppliers to guide future purchasing decisions and discover solutions to current challenges. To browse the exhibitor list and to preview new products, visit the IPC APEX EXPO online exhibit hall.
Beginning on Sunday, April 10, industry experts from around the world will participate in more than 70 IPC standards development committee meetings. These meetings offer participants the opportunity to have a voice in the development of industry standards influencing all aspects of the manufacture of printed boards and electronics assembly and ultimately impacting companies, customers and suppliers worldwide.
Winner of SMT VISION Award at Apex 2010, This Patented Partial Underfilm Technology uses thin solid thermoplastic films to edge or corner bond BGA/CSP packages to the PCB to improve solder Ball/Joint reliability.
Ideal for viewing changes in reflow ovens and determining how those changes affect the profile of production boards. The sensor technology enables profile measurements that accurately represent the relevant PCB.
