At the industry's premier technical conference, April 12-14, more than 100 industry experts will present leading research and findings in the areas of board fabrication and design and electronics assembly, selected from a record number of technical abstract submissions. In addition to emerging technologies, there will be a strong focus on the key areas of lead-free soldering and reliability. For registrants who want to attend two sessions at the same time, or for those who are not able to travel to the show, IPC has introduced the IPC APEX EXPO Cyber Conference, featuring live broadcasts of seven of the show's 35 technical conference sessions. Registrants will be able to view the speaker, watch and download the presentations slides and ask questions via live text chat.
