Thanks for the info on the Hydra tubes that will be helpful. I found the answer from one of the Mydata techs. The Camera needs the hydra head to go slower then 1.9m/sec and the setting was at 1.8m/sec. They found out that even if the machine was set

IPC announced the December findings from its monthly North American Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Statistical Program. PCB sales in 2013 ended the year at -1.9 percent compared to 2012. The book-to-bill ratio in December improved slightly, but remains below parity at 0.92.
