The software you downloaded is not what you need. I can e-mail you a version of Philips cad to cad converter V1.5. We use it for Comet and Topaz machines. Send me an e-mail and I will forward it to you. cmiller@adltech.com

Dave is right. There is no machine on the market which can handle a 1.5 m long "board". If you or someone else will have to tinker with a custom made machine, it will be less expensive to use a used machine ( I could be offering some used Siemens mac
