Here's what we've done in the past. Depending on how it's configured, conveyors can run either forward or backward, but only in one direction at a time. The voltage polarity through the starter of the drive motor configures the direction. So, swappin

If this is a Kanetic edge belt conveyor that was manufactured by Kanetic in Lake Barrington Illinois then I've seen this before. The folks at Kanetic built a function into the PLC code to make the conveyor reversible without hardware modifications.

Kanetic did implement a feature into their PLC code that would allow for simple reversal of the board flow. This is why the conveyor suddenly reversed direction after so many years. Because the feature was invoked by holding down a button it was kno

i'd say its a ball nut. maybe it came loose or the balls are worn out. also, check timing belt! if resonance is periodical like you say then there is great probability that belt or/and belt pulleys got worn out. i had combination of these on one of m

One thing that I did to eliminate 1 set of variables is I calculated the slowest belt speed that puts the board in reflow for the longest time spec'd for by the paste manufacturer. So every recipe runs at that belt speed. Eliminating the juggling o

Hi guys, we managed to fix it. This tool turned out to be impossible to find. What we did is mount the motor, mark the timing belt's position and loosen the screws that attach the timing belt to the head. This way we were able to move the position of
