You did not tell us which brand machines you are using. I do assume that you mean the feeder position recognition of the Siemens machine. Did you ever re-teach the fiducial # 250 and 251? Can you narrow your problem down to some particular feeders?

I will give 90 deg turn a try, I want to say we've tried this in the past, but my memory is not what it once was, and the operators can't recall either. Thanks for the input, I'll keep you updated.

You can try by designing your own fixture to ensure the FiFo, but it will always depend on the operator to fill it in the righ order, I used to have a fixture like the one in the image, but it was installed next to the machine, not inside the fridge.

The first time i resolved it i just did a normal maintenance and i thought that the motors where overloaded from old grease. But now this is not the case cause this came just 2 weeks after the maintenance.
