Back to square one, is your monitor physically damaged or is it mulfunctioned? Try the local monitor repairing tech's, may give u a surprise. We had the one at the front panel fixed by a local repairing guy here,(cheap $75). It works.

If your boards are 18"X18", what size magazines are you using? Most unloaders only handle 18"x18" magazines. If thats what you want I have Panasonic and Fuji unloaders for $2,000.00/ea I am an end user not a broker.

I need some information about coplanarity specs for QFP's. I try to setup coplanarity inspection on my QP242 but i'm not sure about what value i need on each parameter in order to setup my diferents parts data for this option. Thanks in advance.

Any information on the difference in a thermal profile between lead free and regular Lead profile? Also, why use flux with Lead? Why not with Lead Free? Thanks, Joe

Running a soldered BGA through a wave solder pot is very risky: * 230-240*C temperature of the pot could damage the device. * Solder in the pot will certainly cause bridging between BGA solder balls. * Solder in the pot could melt BGA solder balls.
