We have not used out tray handler in several years, and when I had a need arise the thing now throws a Servo Error "MTU1 ALARM [11081010]. There are 4 servo packs in the cabinet. When I try to initialize/zero out the machine the 2nd and 4th servo pa

All ready resolved. Looks like there was a loose cable on one of the modules, which would not allow it to command the low voltage servo module to run the motor in reverse.

After reading the machine logs it seems that the problem is on the X-axis but the safety mechanism is disabling all the Servos and the Axis system (all axes) are in error state (that's why the error messages are showing on different axes) The JUKI m

Well, we finally got the machine to power up and fully boot, but now we are having issues with zeroing the axes. X, Y and Theta zero OK, and the board conveyor runs, but when it tries to zero the PWC, the rail moves to the rear of the machine, hits

OK, I am really happy with the robustness of my CSM84. I wonder how hard it would be to hack up one of these 3-phase machines to run off single-phase power? Mostly, it just feeds a big DC supply for the X-Y servos. 2 heads with ANE should be just FI
