WE ARE USING MIRAE MX240. ON THIS MACHINE, THE FEEDER ADVANCE AND THE FEEDER PITCH IS CONTROLLED BY THE MACHINE/SOFTWARE AS OPPOSED TO THE FEEDER ITSELF. OUR SELECTIONS FOR 24MM FDDERS ARE 4,8,12, 16, AND 24MM.I WAS WONDERING IF THE 20MM PITCH WAS UN

We have successfully implemented this dual Process You can use any printer that supports Board width 500mm. SMT Dual Process Maximum PCB Width should be (500-20 / 2 ) = 240mm Max (PCB width )Printer support = 500mm Top width + Bottom width

1.5mm pad is not so ok in practice. You may expand the size to 2.0mm.

We use Samsung and our 24mm feeders have 8,12,16,and 20mm pitch settings. I have found 20mm pitch quite common. My favorite is yhe 12 on 12 our feeders don't support that, we have to put them up on 16mm feeders our cycle them 3 times on a 4mm pitch

Hi, you want something that will not break down, and something not American then. I would look at the Fuji XP-143E (if you are not going bigger than 20mm x 20mm) or the Juki then. Also I would look at what they are predominately using in Turkey, as

PCB Through Hole Size for Lead Free

Josh: Your 0.009" [0.228 mm] clearance should be fine. The minimum clearance should be ~0.008" [0.20 mm]. Is the 0.039" [0.99 mm] the measured or the expected hole diameter? While we wouldn't like it, we wouldn't be surprised to see 0.008" [0.20 mm

Hello. I think, good stencil apertures is 80% from pad. And stencil thickness is 0.15mm - 0.20mm. I use 0.15mm thick stencil almost every pcb. Sorry my very bad english but i too learning. :)
