Question: Do you run your pallets hot or cold thru the wave? I ask this because if you run your pallets cold the board will never preheat to the correct temp. thus, your flux won't activate properly. James

My brother-in-law is a DDS and I trust him. We had some problems with solder voids in the past, and he was invaluable. He'd drill them out and fill them with SAC3240X+.

Seho maxi wave 3240 should be considered as well. Invented full tunnel nitrogen systems that have lower operating costs and provide yields unlike what can be achieved by air wave systems.
