Has anyone changed out the old 4400 vision processor on a Fuji IP3 and replaced it with a newer 4800 vision processor. What does it take to do this and what does it consist of doing. What do I need to order from Fuji in order to do this.

Sounds reasonable. If there was NC flux "crud" on the balls, the vision processors of our P&P would have detection issues.

Sounds like the Cognex vision processor in the PC is bad. There is really nothing you can do but buy a new one. These typically run between 5k to 9k. Good luck
