Manufacturing Floor Ventilation

Electronics Forum | Wed Jan 23 09:36:51 EST 2008 | operator

"A minimal ventilation rate of 0.05 cfm per square foot," This would be per Cubic Feet correct? In our factory that would be about 40,000CFM.(3 ACH) If we wanted 10 ACH we would need apprx. 120,000CFM. We probably have about 2,000-4,000CFM currently.

Electronics Forum | Wed Mar 29 18:57:09 EST 2000 | Dreamsniper

Test capabilities

Electronics Forum | Mon Apr 23 15:28:48 EDT 2007 | ev

To date we are a small niche CM doing prototype and small runs. Any testing we do now is purely functional tests on the pcb ass'ys. In some cases the hardware and software is supplied by the customer, in most cases it's one or the other. We want to e

Daan has made a valid point with regards to expertise and use of a machine. Yet I recognize that with advanced technology, trades must occur. A hghly sophisticated AOI unit can and will help reduce overall cost of production. Therefore, a need to ha

QFP PACKAGE MANUAL SOLDERING

Electronics Forum | Thu Oct 02 17:55:16 EDT 2008 | davef
