Steve, We build a lot of small flex circuits and we use conductive silicone mesh in our wash baskets to keep things from flying around. We buy it from AGI Corporation - Huntsville, AL - 256-858-3300.

Is this a single PCB or a multi-up array? At the very least you should probably pick up a universal wave pallet, check out AGI or DMI. -Phil

I agree with everyone here that says microphones are meant for no clean processes. Nothing will protect the device from an inline or batch wash. The mic should have been mounted on a different board if it must be washed. The one suggestion I have is
