This should be fixed by someone who has access to Windows on these machines - probably ASM engineer. You are right to be worried about traceability. Also changing this time might lead to much more issues underneath, so don't just change it before ask

ASM have really good documentation have you tried registering at siplace.com? I am 100% sure they have the documentation there

Just ask at siplace.com for access to their document system, just select the MyASM tab in top of site, then "Register" to get login informations. If you need documents right away, I can download them for you.
