Hi, is there any universal assembly software that can create the Juki (g3g) format? We are using 2 Juki machines (FM 740, FM 760) and we are looking for a software to split boards to the machines and to prepare everything offline. Thanks mts

I know Juki have some software for optimization but you have to purchase it. From experience though I don't find Software as the strong part of Juki machines.

Do you have JUKI 730EPU or 740EPU offline software ? Juki files are binary format , makes hard for any thirdparty cad conversion tools. JUKI HLC can handle these machines but I suspect not supported anymore for your age of machines NO third party s

There is my shareware package PCBSynergy https://pcbsynergy.com It doesn't do spliting out of the box but you can split the file in Excel and then re-import. All up board prep less than 5 minutes. There are also quite a few commercial packages suc

They key requirement before any fancy tools is careful storage, stock control, labeling and handling. If your parts are incorrect before they even get to production, you're screwed. As gregp suggests, to get consistently correct value and orientation
