Any manufacturers offer an off the shelf vacuum type bare board loader that can handle boards 16"wide and 22"long? We're having issues with our de-stacker since these boards tend to come in warped.

I think all silver on a bare board is Immersion. We are a bare board manufacturer and that is the only silver I'm aware of being used as a finish. What is the problem you are having?

I would wait. Scrap the bare boards you have and order fresh boards to arrive when the late component is scheduled to arrive and run as normal. Unless the bare board is exceptionally expensive this is the cheapest and safest route to take. Jerry
