Cooking bags. The ones for "large bird game" work very well. I believ I got them from Hormel. They are not ESD approved, but your thermal recorder should come out dry and well browned.

Jonathan, we do that all day. We do not use different pastes nor do we glue components nor do we run different profiles. Depends on what is meant by "small components". In our case it�s all that "bird seed" up to SO8. That will work for more parts.

All of these machines are excellent. Each has survived the test of time and abuse to hold unique positions within segments of the industry. So, your question is difficult to answer without proper framing. It's like asking what is the best vehicle.

I use the solder sample pcb that comes w/ each batch of boards. We ask our pcb vendor to send 1 pcb for solder testing w/ each batch. This is usually a pcb that is completely done it just didn't pass electrical test @ the final stage. I kill two bird
