Hi Deni, Thanks for your interest in my problem. It turned out that the power supply to the VGA vision board (the system in the black box)was faulty. I replaced it with a universal PC power supply and all is well.

Goodmornin I have a problem with the fixing and move cameras, i don't see the image of the cameras on the screen. On the monitor i see the cross and letter, but i can no see on the black box the camera images. I know the problem is on the ADDA Board.

Talk to Fuji regarding this issue, there is retrofit kit for the mark read camera amp.( it's black color box on top of the machine from side one on your right hand side). And also check you software there might be upgrade available from fuji. I hope

I did clean the gold strip and black encoder box pretty good it took me a few trys but it work ( it did had rust on the machine from the rain I guess... from being out side for awhile)
