This maybe a silly question, but why? Usually, your bottle neck is pick and place, and not the printer.

If you have the individual times for each machine you should be done. Simply find which is your bottle-neck for each day and use that info. You can probably write a seperate program to do this step also, I assume you are viewing all the down time inf

Your concern should be do you have a glue process that can keep up with the FCP6. We ran a GL541 in line with a CP643 which the glue machine was actually a bottle neck because if you run SOIC's which require more glue dots then it will slowdown the
