Well said Grant. Sad thing is people fall for glossy brochures, hype, sales pater & numbers etc. and not actual facts. If you want something that will run 24/7 forever you buy a Fuji, it has the proven pedigree. Pete, don't you sell Mydata's?

Did you try explaining the problem to your machine manufacturer for direct assistance? Perhaps your machine brochure would indicate a 24hrs helpline service, or any contact no.

According to their feeder brochure the 2mm feeders are listed at $650. Still not very cheap, but not un-obtanable. http://www.goppm.com/8x2mm-feeder.php Or is the pro version a different feeder? BR, Steve
