100 CFM at each exhaust if you're using room air, 25 CFM/ea if you're using nitrogen (according to my manual...never used nitrogen myself) per their specified delivery rates.

Anybody know what is the standard CFM of HEXI reflow? Our reflow oven SF-820-LF has no exhaust fan. So from our facility what should be the required CFM.

Thank you for the information. I have 1 more thing to ask, Venting: Three 4” (102mm) dia. flanges 200 CFM (340m3/h) ea. What thus three 4" specify? Is it the number of exhaust ventilation? and 200 CFM could be the specs per exhaust?

"A minimal ventilation rate of 0.05 cfm per square foot," This would be per Cubic Feet correct? In our factory that would be about 40,000CFM.(3 ACH) If we wanted 10 ACH we would need apprx. 120,000CFM. We probably have about 2,000-4,000CFM currently.

It SHOULD be written on the machine. I have had/have 1500 Hellers that range from 60cfm to 500cfm Check the fine smtnet archives. http://www.smtnet.com/forums/index.cfm?fuseaction=view_thread&CFApp=1&Thread_ID=8859Message35065

Currently, we are using Siemens Siplac machines with a CFM line that includes in circuit test.
