One of our gsm machines has recently started activating the upline conveyor while the machine is working causing boards to double load. Has anyone seen this before or have suggestions where to start before I dig into schematics? Thanks

does it only do this with one assembly or panel config? i have seen this when the sensor shoots through a hole in the pcb/panel. the machine sees the panel come in, but it either overshoots or moves slightly into the open area. if i remember correctl

The conveyor on our Topaz runs for about a second then stops. Turning on conveyor manually does the same thing. While conveyor is turned on manually, disconnecting and reconnecting 208AC at connection board starts the conveyor for a second then it

Hi, 1. Take a multi meter and measure the voltage - I assume it is a DC motor(probably 24V). If you don't, check power supply, cable, relays and Driver for the motor. If you do have voltage, check sensors(sometimes sensor activated may stop your con

I by all means, am not an expert on Wave processes. But, our second bottom side zone for our wave is down. My boss said "well the flux looks okay, just run it" and won't give me the machine to properly fix. How many people have a problem with thi

Hi Ed, It all depends on more info needed. How many preheaers do you have in your wave? One, two, three? Are you talking bottom side preheat? What size boards do you run and what type of parts are on it. Typically, preheat does several things; w

Very interesting problem because it shows how systemic this kind of problem can be. So many variables, right? Firstly, discussions here are similar to everyone's postings, but there are some different observations. The manufacturers profile, we t
