If you are sure that your part data is correct, have you checked the calibration of Z origin? Are the parts leaving an impression on the paste or is there no indication of an attempted place. How small of resistors are we talking 0402, 0603, 0805?

The E has a different x-y table setup, i seem to remember the CP6 having rollers and cams to control the z table height, the CP6E has a belt driven z axis. Also i think the CP6E is slightly faster, 44K cph against 40K, still just program it as a CP6

Don't try the mecha check yet unless you know how. have you checked the coupling shaft of Y-axis? If it's ok, take a look at the ball screw if it looks like being scratched or something unusual. Also, observe the movement of the machine if you hear a

Cim system is what we used on cp6 d axis tables. It worked very well.I liked it and it was for pre run and during run feeder feeding.Uses a barcode reader and reads bottom of d axis where barcode are to match what is assigned to a slot by pre scanning

#1Run a Fuji gold board and see if the problem persist. Is your board clamp slipping? Fid camera tight? etc.. To see if you have a Y axis positioning problem: 1.Put the machine in mecha check 2.Go into Y-axis 3.Place a dial indicator so that the st

problem solved. Some PCB table support pins were jammed down in the table preventing the Z axis from lowering all the way. The intial error mesage was x and y servo, but the real error was the z axis overflow. Rob

maybe you should check the mechanism .such as the drum with the twenty shaft.and A,B AXIS'S synchronization.and the clearance fo the helical gear.check the cutter and no strange sound, check the lens and no dirty or stable.check the twenty shaft.
