Hello colleagues, I have a very long flex assembly that I run on a SMT carrier by bending assembly in the middle. This crates a curve after reflow, which I want to get rid if. Any ideas.

All, I am glad to report that this issue has been resolved at last. Issue with 40VAC contact in the Y4 crate, as the problem was intermittent it was a difficult one to trace/prove. My thanks to DEKHEAD for assistance and Maxem Engineering..... PS

MM (MultiMove) cards are in the M19, Motor Control, crate (located front of machine, right side). MM's are the larger cards located on the far right side; X11, X12 and X13 slots (X11 slot is only used in Infinity, empty slot on Horizon / ELA).

Our problem is with the chamber beneath the drying section, where the blower is. The drying section vents directly into the chamber beneath it where the blower intake is, which is great for equalizing pressure but really counter to presenting dry air

Suspect comms link error from Y3 to Y1 crate. COM 2 off of CPU, depending on board. If CPU board has RS485 port it is direct to back panel of PC; if older board it only has RS232 and thus requires 232/485 converter board (internal to PC). then direct
