Using Circuit Cam here. Not sure on the cost though. We use it to program our CS400E insertion machines as well. Makes nice work instruction drawings too.

Are you programming on the machine, or with a third-party software? I use Aegis CircuitCam to program my CS400s. I don't think I've done more than simple edits at the machine in 10 years. I don't know exactly what you mean by "permanent offsets",
