Sounds like you have a Switched 12V issue. Breaker on rear of Machine. Fuse in Y1 enclosure. PSU3 (on floor of) Y4 enclosure.

UP AND RUNNING!!! Power supply is good but i found two loose wires in connector 12PL26 (DC to Y1). I think i may have another bad connection inside the Y1 enclosure. Monitor seems to be working OK. Thanks for your help, jsk

Voltage checks out ok after i unplug the monitor and unplug the dc voltage suppy to the y1 enclosure. I lose the 24v and 5v line completely when i plug these in and voltage drops on the +12v and -12v, which leads me to believe a bad power suppy. What

first check fuses in Y1 case. thats where EuroSYS cards are, and message you get tells you that cards can not communicate with main processing board in Y3 case via RS485. after that check cables and connectors. there are 4 EuroSYS cards in Y1 case, t

Pneumatic power down error does go back to MMX12. MM's info is communicated to NM (in PC enclosure) via 100 way cable. Depending on software version, the "Pneumatic Power Down" error may be the default (initial) error generated with bad connection /

Suspect comms link error from Y3 to Y1 crate. COM 2 off of CPU, depending on board. If CPU board has RS485 port it is direct to back panel of PC; if older board it only has RS232 and thus requires 232/485 converter board (internal to PC). then direct

I swapped card 3 and 5 in the Y2 enclosure. That seemed to fix it for now.
