On a Dek Horizon 03 the tact time for one panel measuring 400mm print stroke took me 16 seconds at a speed of 55mm/sec. I see no reason for reducing further tact time since loading and unloading PCBs from Pick & Place machines is relatively close.

Yes it is "Print Front Limit" and "Print Rear Limit". Negative value extends the stroke, Depends on software version how useful it will be, as there are differing limits on how much you can extend the stroke. http://www.dekhead.com

Pretty much paste dependent on what is required. I am not a huge fan of kneading unless absolutely necessary, so 15 minutes seems pretty short, and generally do only 2 strokes. Multiple print deposits is used when, for whatever reason you are not see

Dek 265 GS Problem: Machine abruptly turns off. It can be in the middle of a stroke or just sitting idle. After the machine turns off we have to let it sit for a few minutes (sometimes 20) in order for it to restart. Any suggestions? Thanks in adv
