We are currently using a Maestro depanelizer for seperating our boards. We do have component failures due to this process. Has anyone ever used a water-cutting machine. If so, what results can you share with me? Thanks, Doug

For straight line cuts I like the Maestro depanelizer. If you have to make cuts that curve, then a router will work. If you do use a laser you may want to consider putting it in a room with an exhaust fan. Something that can really move some air, not

| I was at the Southcon show in Orlando and saw a PCB depanelization machine which was basically a rotary saw which cut through the scoring on the panel. I don't remember the name of the company though so I can't get any info on this. Does anyone k
