I would say you have absolutely no hope of repairing this board. I'm sorry, this is not a knock against you, you just lack the technical expertise to make a go of it. Save yourself some trouble and find a new board or a repair depot that can fix it

James: I believe Delmat is a proprietary product. Check with some of the solder fixture fabricators in the archives. Continuing, I would not select knowingly Delmat as a board stiffener. It's a composite material similar to oriented strand board
