Does it error during nozzle center check, if so, manually switch all holders to small, try center again. It should do about 8 small nozzle centers before error, if so this helps rule out the 10th station, if not check the 10th.

Is it the same nozzle every time? I would check that the shaft is hitting dead center (it could be binding)on the nozzles (especially if it only happens on 1 nozzle). Also check the rollers on the shaft (that hold the nozzle) and make sure they line

The right paper incorrectly applied can be a problem also. I have seen it on even new Fuji nozzles with the illumination disk bunched up on one side of the tube with a gap on the opposite side.

Hello, I am having trouble getting our old CP3 to start up. When the machine starts to run, or when we try to center the nozzles, the CAM moves to 300 degrees and stops. The station 5 rotor just turns and turns with out ever centering the nozzles.
