Anyone happen to know the EKRA Serio 4000 Service or Engineer password? We just had our printers installed, our primary tech is out of reach, and I can't get a response from the Emergency Tech Support Hotline. Thanks in advance!

try doubling the operator password, that's how it is setup on our Ekra. eg. 2140 operator password, then service password is 4280

I just received an out of the office mail response from both. For technical support: Please call the office at +1 770 246 9706 and choose 3 for ASYS equipment or dial 4 for EKRA equipment. Please have your machine type, serial number and error mess

Correct. This issue has been resolved. I certainly didn't mean to throw any shade on EKRA's Tech Support. the issue was a glitch in their notification system. Irv was, and always has been fantastic in helping me resolve issues.

Also have a look at ekra conveying belt tension and if they're not damaged (missing or damged teeth...) as it could affect the synchronisation of both belts and generate this kind of issue.

To future readers, ignore this thread. The OP should have posted that the issue was resolved on Saturday so that others do not have to waster their time in attempting to assist. Irv (factory) replied to confirm the same. You are welcome.
