Quad IVc Main Breaker

Yesterday, my Quad IVc was on, but not running. There was a power fluctuation. I immediately got a motor err #5. I checked all the doors were closed, tried to home / reset the machine, and then turned it off and back on. Neither breaker was trip

| Hi Folks, | As I travel our industry it seems to me the trend is to move from finner and finner pitch QFP's to array packages (BGA's, CSP's, etc.). Do you folks see the same trend? What is the finest pitch QFP package you have used in your process?
