Normally, titration kit is used for low solid flux, provides a more accurate method to determine the flux concentration so as to assure consistent soldering results. There are three chmicals in the process.test kit solution, indicator and your flux.add d

No don't know about such a chart. But, consider changing the method used to check flux activity. Consult your flux supplier for a test kit that will measure actual activity (acidity). SG is a suggestive method.

I received data sheets from a paste distributor in which Amtech gives a recipe how you can mix solder cream. They deliver the flux in plastic jars and the solderpowder in foil packages. You must mix the two components with a simple mixing tool. Has a

No titration is needed for a fluxer that has a closed flux flow system such as a Opti fluxer. The flux is fed from a pressurized vessel directly to the applicator with no evaporation or change in the flux composition. I hope this helps. If you need

We used this type of paste in a fine pitch application for over two years with no problems. You must be very careful of any (dust)or spillage while mixing for obvious reasons. In my opion the very thing that makes it interesting "freshness" is also i
