I am looking for recommendations for a table top reflow system that can do lead and lead free solder. Has anyone tried the SMT-2011 Desktop system sold by SMT max? Any of the manncorp/LPKF systems ect?

We have the IQ system. The problem that I was having is that when I load one board to the other, I want to avoid the table top changeovers. So I figure if I can make certain tabletops to run certain boards the changeovers would be much less. I though

Okay, I believe that the XY table on our CP4-2 is not working correctly. When we place smaller parts (603,805,RNETS, etc...) they aren't seated in the paste all the way. Larger parts aren't a problem. They are kind of "floating" on top of the paste.
