I would check your machine. Often times you purchase IP3's with two different camera's, to accomodate a wider range of components. This might be what you are running into. Questions: What is the size, color, etc.. of your component? Setting for each

IP3 camera calibration requires someone that knows what's going on to do it. Unless you have been trained on this specifically I would recommend that you don't attempt it by yourself. I believe the button jig is used for squaring the camera up. You

I work with Fuji equipment For over 10yrs�. Cp3, cp4.cp6.cp7, ip1, ip2, ip3, qp341, qp242, qp351. Also, work with MYDATA, SAMSUN, and QUAD AMISTAR�. Fuji is the best in my opinion.

If you have never calibrated a Fuji IP machine before I would highly recommend getting Fuji, or an independent contractor to do this. Even with the instructions there are a few tricky parts.
