If the end sensor is bad it will cause the axis to past it and travel against the end stop and cause an over current also. So it kind of depends on what the machine is trying to do.

I am at wits end with this machine. The MTU on my IP2 will not zero set. It gives me a few different errors depending on its mood. I receive MTU T- OT, MTU X- OT, or MTU Y- OT. when the machine attempts to zero set it travels until it OTs. I have tri

Sorry, I looked at an IP-3 not 2. It looks like for the IP2 they bundle the MTU and machine proper together so it should be sending the data when you transmit the one file. Do the axis travel in the correct direction? If yes the only thing I can

Hello Everyone, I will try to keep this short and sweet while explaining the best I can. I have a Fuji IP-II that I have been working on trying to correct some issues that the previous operator caused. Over the last month or so I have been working

| There is a practise within the industry of an Inspector inspecting a board, and that same Inspector performing touch-up. My opinion is that the Inspection and Touch-up operations should be separate functions whereby the Inspector is not performing

Hi, That's the interesting point, and I think it's got to do with the design of the placement. You have 8 pick heads in the Hydra head, and they all line up with a tape in the feeder. So in theory when it can pick all 8 components at once, and the
