Hi, We only have 2 lines , but I dont allow any of the Ops to set them up, I did once and winded up with 10 damaged nozzles and cracked caps on the boards ... If the problem is as big as you say it is , you should really spend some time setting it

Hello Sr.Tech, There have been two types of nozzles made by Fuji for 0201's one was a 1mm tapered to .4mm and the other has a straight .4mm tube. Has one superceded the other and if you have used both types, did one work better than the other? Asking

Thanks for the input Pete. I am using CP4 8x2 feeders. I have tried first with 0.7mm nozzle. Although pick up was OK, the camera saw a pregnant 0402 part which is as you know is 1mm by 0.5mm. I then moved to specially made 0.6mm nozzle to minimise th
