Custom SMT Feeders for tubed components

Does anyone have any contact info. for affordable custom tube feeder setup for a FUJI QP3 Machine ?? I have already tried Component Express. Although their application would work it is just too big for us.

Who makes the best after market Fuji nozzles ?

I think fuji and all the after market suppliers use stainless "hypo" tubing for the tips. It is made from 304 stainless which is normally nonmagnetic. In the process of forming this tubing to the hypo specs it is work hardened to 3/4 to full hardness

The right paper incorrectly applied can be a problem also. I have seen it on even new Fuji nozzles with the illumination disk bunched up on one side of the tube with a gap on the opposite side.
