I've seen the Pick n Place immediatly after the Screen Printer, but they have a good 2D inspection, so the really do not need an operator to inspect or remove any PCB before the Pick n Place, if you have a good Printer I will not foresee any problem

UP 2000 is a good printer. Spares are normal - blades, stencil/board light bulbs, the over head flourecent, get new conveyor belts. Take the cover off the tactile sensor and make sure it's clean also. Other than that it should be a work horse.

I suggest to buy a Good printer so your AOI and SPI will not be your consideration. MPM Acella will be the best choice.

Hi, We have a custom large board and we need to do about 10-20 of them a month. Can anyone recommend a good quality manual stencil printer that we could use for it? Does not make any sense purchasing an automatic printer for such low volume. Grant

Hi, Yes, I would love to know this as well. Our machines can handle the component sizes, but how do the printers handle it? We have a DEK, and that's a good printer, but how do you design the stencil to reliably paste release on components this smal

Hi, Just checked with the manufacturer of that printer, and they cannot to the larger size. Shame, as it looked like a really good design. Anyone know of any other brands? Grant

Hello As some one already said Dek and MPM printers are very good and reliable printers. I have been a field service engineer for over 20 years. I had to service and train on both of them. No matter which one you decide on, we advise you to buy onl
