Where can I find laminates containing non-halogenated PCB? I'm especially interested in FR-4 and CEM-3, 1.6 mm 25um. Thanks in advance! Dr. Lennart Johansson Polymer Support

Let me give you some good advice You take already plenty of risk going lead-free, DO NOT use halogen containing fluxes in a lead-free no-clean process. Halogens left on the board will convert tin, silver and exposed copper into metal salts over tim

1. Can anyone tell me about the water absorption(wt%) among different PCB((i) RoHS, (ii)non-RoHS, (iii) Halogen free)), I am currently facing the problems of PCB blisters after reflow process. 2. Also, please suggest the baking period/time among dif

Maybe look at reducing the time above liquidus to @ 60 seconds. HF materials tend to want tighter reflow profiles...halogen activators are great at higher temps and longer reflow profiles..but HF prefer shorter profiles. The HF pictures look like the
