Hi, what kind of issues i could get if the i do not provide heal properly in my footprint ? In my current design 0603 resistor package footprint heal is missing by 3 mils each side Please help

I think the whole point with smocks Peter is that they are ANTI static......and they must be used in conjunction with heal straps.....but IMO......heal straps or ESD shoes are all you need. Now, I would recommend finger cotts to keep contamination o

They just make it look good, that's all. ESD flooring, heals straps and wrist bands have function, smocks do not.

Without getting into an electrical field promoting bone growth... As long as he is grounded through heal straps and/or wrist straps, it should be fine. Although I imagine being grounded would neutralize the "Bone Grower"

They don't look that bad, especially for SN100. There is evidence of wetting on the toe and the paste on the pad seems to have reflowed properly. What does the heal look like? That's the more critical part of the solder joint for Gull leaded parts.
