We have dek-my12-my12-heller. We are very happy with it. Change-over time varies more by facility than by machine type. I worked at a place with dek-mviif-msf-btu and we had faster changeovers there. There we had a dedicated feeder set-up. Close to

Hello Danial, Leave it up to most to blame the relow oven for their tombstoning problems when in fact it is usually the last to cause it. The biggest culprit of tombstoning is the pad design followed by the print quality. Usually, we find that the p

Has anybody had experience with BTU and Heller Reflow ovens? What are the major differences if any? Which one would you prefer?

It is important to measure each brand by class. Example: Measuring a top of the line BTU vs. an entry level Heller would not be fair or solve your problem. Each maker has models to satisfy all market segments. I have both brands in my factory. I

Currently having Elecrtovert and BTU - no problems with both. Before use to have Vitronics aand Heller - and no problems with the rails. However I had other problems with Heller which makes me think that they are going deeper with the bad quality par

Hello, I have an oven with a big fail. The Control Unit. It is a 5 zones oven (BTU VIP70)and has more than 10 years, and I think that now is not interesting to repair. I think to buy an offer, an oven Heller of 7 zones + cool,(better for lead free).
