I placed a micro bga using flux paste and ran it through my oven and it came out as if someone had pushed down on one side. I can find no reason for this, has anyone ever seen this and how did you fix it?

Bend it for mounting,if it can't be mounted by bending assembly. you can choose other pick and place machine which can handle this flex pcb. How long is this flex board? And do you use jigs when reflow? Could you please send a picture of the jig yo

Hello colleagues, I have a very long flex assembly that I run on a SMT carrier by bending assembly in the middle. This crates a curve after reflow, which I want to get rid if. Any ideas.

so you bend it to go in? Can you not let it lay flat? We run flex on carriers, but nothing that large. We also run 48inch long boards, but they are aluminum.

I don't have equipment that can handle this size of a board. Do you see any challenges on printing 48" board?
