Hello, We have an Iemme Plus 12 reflow oven from 2004. It is a great oven but it looks like the hard drive has failed. This is easy to replace but we don't have a copy / image of the software. If anyone can help with this then it would be great. W

You could take your HD to a Disk recovery company. Some will remove platters and place in a temporary HD jig and read the data. It costs a little but there are companies that do this sort of thing. Also look through Youtube , there are videos on HD r
