IPC has some good publications that would also help, such as IPC-S-816. (ipc.org) Subscribe to SMT magazine. I have gained a ton of knowledge from their articles. (smtmag.com) Good luck.

This might be a little more that you've bargained for, but have you had a look at IPC-S-816? Obviously it needs to be tailored to your process, your quality needs, etc.

I might suggest that you check with your solder paste manufacturer to see what is recommended for time over reflow. Typically, I think most are between 60 and 90 seconds over 183. Also, consider the rate of cooling. The faster you cool the solder, th
