Hi Andrew, From the way i see this is that you are trying to break some Juki codes...right? Juki Programs are proprietary and please don't use this forum to gain info on how to break codes. Try contacting your local Juki supplier in NZ or Australia

In old days when Zevatech rebadged JUKI machines their was a dos based program that generated JUKI format files from ASCII Centroid data....(would have to premerge with BOM etc) it also could export from JUKI formats to ASCII. SO like others I think

Their is a large aftermarket support system for Juki parts, feeders etc in China. You can buy aftermarket Juki placement heads, nozzles, feeders at a fraction of the price you had to pay when you bought these machines new. Just make sure to exclude J

I worked with 7 years of Mydata & another 8 years with Juki. Most of the small issues are avoidable if you do your maintenance right. From normal wear and tears, I would say Mydata would be more frequent breakdowns than Juki. For Juki, I agree with

We've done the same....Juki 2000 series versus Yamaha / Assembleon XT series....we found out that Juki is far better, more efficient, and easy to maintain...we bought 2020 last year and found that we made the right decision... Juki is the Best !!!
