Is it possible that the conveyor controller card has the capability to switch direction with something simple like a jumper shunt?

we don't have a jumper shunt in this conveyor. This conveyor belt running forward direction since 5 years but all of sudden change to reverse direction. Is this any software issue? Note: Both side sensors are working fine
