does anyone know of a place to purchase a kit to repair or make replacement belts for PCB conveyors? it would be convenient to make vs. repair. they are just the standard rubber conveyor belts.

Take a look at http://www.habasit.com. They supply tooling to make these belts. I found it more cost effective to have the belts made for me at a local belt supply buisiness, the tooling is expensive.

Having them made by a local supplier is the fastes cheapest and most accurate way to get replacements when the manufacture no longer supports. If its broken and you need it ASAP I have used spider wire (fishing line) to mesh back together. laugh all

Has anyone ever used the circuit repair kits? The type where you can replace a PTH or SMT pad that has been lifted or damaged? It appears that you just select a pad, trace or whatever needs replacing from a panel and heat or glue it onto the board.
