It depends your product application and requirement. If high level, 100ppm required, or even 2000ppm is also ok. There should have sensor detecting O2 ppm inside reflow.

If you are purchasing bottled nitrogen, your supplier should know the purity level.

Liquid nitrogen that we get in 230 liter tanks is 99.9995% pure N2.
